CNC Machinist

Penmac Staffing is now hiring CNC lathe operators and programmers for a local company in Joplin, MO. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience running a CNC machine. This position will be Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00 pm. The average pay will be $15.00 or more depending on experience.

Duties

• Use lathes and mills during completion of projects
• Loading and unloading raw materials and setting up equipment
• Interpreting project blueprints and design to set up machines
• Ensure procedures are completed in accordance with company policies
• Follow all company safety protocols
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years of verified experience using CNC mills and lathes
• Must possess strong basic math and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work as a team but also able to work independently
• Must be able to stand long periods as well as lift 50 pounds or more
• Must submit to a drug test and background check
