Pay Range: $87,500 to $98,500 per year (DOE/DOQ)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 40 hours/week

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Clinical Lead to support our Sequim behavioral health services team. This leadership role partners closely with the Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical guidance, staff mentorship, and program support for both adult and child/family services. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed clinician who is passionate about developing staff, ensuring high-quality care, and making a meaningful impact in the community.


Clinical Leadership & Support

  • Provide backup supervision, mentorship, and clinical consultation to therapists and clinical staff
  • Support caseload distribution, productivity, and quality of care outcomes
  • Assist with performance feedback, staff development, and skill-building
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, client-centered care


Direct Clinical Services

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy as needed
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnoses
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
  • Support staff with clinical documentation review and quality improvement
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)


Program & Team Support

  • Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of therapy staff
  • Participate in community outreach and engagement activities
  • Promote a supportive, inclusive, and growth-focused team culture
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, agency policies, and confidentiality laws


Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Active Washington State independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with serious mental illness
  • Experience in co-occurring disorders, individual/group therapy, or substance use treatment


Preferred

  • Experience supervising interns or licensure associates
  • Background working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based behavioral health practices

  • Ability to prioritize, manage workload, and meet productivity standards
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EHR)
  • Commitment to team collaboration and professional development


Work Environment & Expectations

  • Provide direct or indirect services for at least 50% of work hours
  • Work with clients experiencing complex and high-acuity needs
  • May occasionally encounter crisis situations or unpredictable environments
  • Participate in occasional evening or weekend coverage, as needed


Additional Requirements

  • Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Proof of required immunizations (MMR, Hep B, Tdap, Flu)
