We are hiring on behalf of our client, a trusted event marketing firm specializing in brand awareness, customer engagement, and experiential campaigns. The company drives results through in-person events, promotional marketing, and face-to-face outreach, helping brands connect directly with their target audience.
As an Entry Level Event Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in planning and executing live campaigns while developing skills in marketing, communication, and team leadership. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who want hands-on experience and long-term growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup and execution of event marketing campaigns and promotional activations
- Engage with customers at events to educate them on products, services, and current promotions
- Work alongside experienced team members to develop strong communication, presentation, and marketing skills
- Represent client brands professionally while creating a positive customer experience
- Assist with event logistics, including materials, displays, and booth setup
- Attend team trainings and workshops focused on marketing strategy, leadership, and campaign performance
- Help track event results, customer interactions, and daily performance goals
- Take on leadership responsibilities in small-scale event projects as you grow
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- Experience in customer service, promotions, events, hospitality, or leadership is a plus
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in event marketing and leadership development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, confidence, and comfort speaking with new people
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus
