What You’ll Do
- Perform recurring residential cleans (weekly, biweekly, monthly)
- Perform deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleans
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists
- Maintain professional communication with team leads
- Care for company equipment and supplies
- Represent Penguin Clean Co with professionalism in clients’ homes
What We’re Looking For
- Extremely reliable (show up early, not on time)
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to clean for 6–8 hours
- Comfortable working independently or in small teams
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
Cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We train the right people.
Pay & Growth
- Avg pay: $20-25/hr
