Cleaning Technician Supervisor

Overview

Cleaning Technician (W-2 or 1099) | $19-$22/hr

Swift Shine Cleaning is hiring dependable cleaning technicians to join our growing team!

Schedule

• 15-30 hours per week
• Mostly daytime shifts with some evenings (typically until 8 PM)
• Friday availability is required
• Service area within approximately 12 miles of Murrysville, including Greensburg, Irwin, Plum, Monroeville, and Squirrel Hill

W-2 Position

• Starting pay: $19/hour
• Opportunity to become an Assistant Manager after 3 months at $22/hour
• Assistant Managers work at least 25 hours/week, assist the owner and office manager, and help cover call-offs when needed.

1099 Contractors

• Must provide your own cleaning supplies
• Must carry general liability insurance

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Clean background check
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Must be available on Fridays

Time Off & Bonuses
