Position: PHS Head Boys Soccer Coach for 2026-2027 school year
The Pendleton High School is looking for a new Varsity Head Coach for Boys Soccer for the 26-27 School Year.
Position open until filled
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
- Develops relationships within and around program with players, coaches, parents and student body
- Manage a successful grade 9-12 program and foster partnerships with youth program 3- 8 grade.
- Provide summer workouts. Work with local media as needed and establish a relationship with the community support groups.
- Be a role model for high school student-athletes.
- Cooperate with other school-sponsored sports by encouraging athletes to compete in other programs.
- Develop and implement an off season program.
- Track and follow up on the academic progress for student/athletes
- Willing to commit to fund-raising for the program(s), in partnership with the buck booster club
All new hired coaches will need to complete the following prior to employment:
- NFHS Certification
- First Aid Card (CPR and AED trained)
- District Fingerprinting/Criminal check
- Pre-employment Drug Screen
- Completion of OSAA Concussion Test
- Completion of OSAA Steroid Test
- Completion of School District and OSAA paperwork.
