Create small group instruction lesson plans based on student and school data. Collaborate with grade level teachers on student needs. Instruct students in grades K-3 in basic reading skills. All instruction is delivered in small groups based on progress monitoring and benchmark testing. Support teachers through coaching in the science of reading. A reading endorsement is required.
