We are a small, client-focused Estate Planning & Elder Law firm seeking a warm, detail-oriented Paralegal / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves helping families through important life decisions, preparing legal documents, supporting client communication, and keeping our office running smoothly.
No prior legal experience is required—we provide full training for the right person.
This position is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, empathy, and a talent for staying organized.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and manage phone and email communication
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up
- Prepare wills, powers of attorney, and trust documents using templates
- Organize signing packets and digital files
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM notes
- Assist with probate and elder law forms
- Support a calm, professional, client-centered office environment

Compensation & Benefits:
- $24–$29 per hour, depending on experience
- $500 retention bonus at 90 days
- Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday
