The starting salary for this position is $23.35-25.90/hr.
Role:
Assists in maintaining the cash needs of the Credit Union. Performs service needs and cash replenishment for ATMs and ITMs.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
25%
Replenishes cash supply in ATM/ITM machines on a scheduled basis. Performs maintenance or repair on ATM/ITM machines when needed.
15%
Records deposits on ATM service orders during deposit pick-ups. Totals currency and checks to verify amount on ATM/ITM Service Order.

Counts and records large denomination bills and mutilated currency by hand or by using currency-counting machine.
15%
Removes specified amount of currency and coins from vault and places cash in bag for shipment to branches, ATMs/ITMs, and the Federal Reserve Bank. Records amount of cash shipped.

Counts currency, coins, and checks received for deposit in vault from ATM/ITM's or branches of the credit union, by hand and/or using currency-counting

Balances transactions for the day and records results.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Performance Measurements:
1.
To ensure all transactions for deposit processed with zero errors.
2.
To accurately record deposits on ATM/ITM Service Orders with zero errors.
3.
To ensure all transactions leaving the vault are accurately recorded with zero errors.
4.
To accurately record daily balances within established time frame of Credit Union daily closure.
5.
To provide informed, prompt, professional and accurate service and support to all members and staff.
6.
To troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries in a timely, friendly and accurate manner.
7.
Regular reliable attendance.
8.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Pen Air Core Values.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience
Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
Education
(1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
Interpersonal Skills
Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
Other Skills
Operate Windows based computer system and basic office equipment; drive designated vehicle for cash transport and maintain drivers license; operate a hand gun and maintain appropriate certification; ability to service all ATM and ITM machines
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift coin bags up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment
Due to driving responsibilities, conditions change with the weather so may be hazardous at times. Job duties require a firearm and the preparation to use it in an emergency security situation.
