Join PEMCCO as a Project Controls Specialist/Scheduler II, where you’ll support project managers by developing, maintaining, and analyzing cost and schedule baselines for all task orders. In this role, you’ll provide accurate, data-driven performance tracking to inform leadership of schedule health, risk exposure, and earned-value trends, helping ensure mission readiness and adherence to Zero-Trust principles.

Essential Functions
- Build and update CPM schedules in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Integrate cost and schedule data for earned-value management.
- Perform critical-path, float, and variance analyses.
- Develop progress dashboards using Power BI and Unifier.
- Coordinate schedule inputs from design, cyber, and engineering teams.
- Maintain baseline integrity and support configuration audits.
- Forecast resource utilization and milestone achievement.
- Prepare monthly schedule narratives and risk analyses for DIA.
- Participate in project review boards and recommend corrective actions.
Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, and EVMS analysis.
- Understanding of DoD acquisition planning and reporting.
- Analytical thinking and concise technical writing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Project Management, Engineering, or Business.
- Five (5) years of schedule-control experience executing tasks.
- Active Secret clearance; PMI-SP or EVMS training.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or AACE PSP certification.

Compensation
• $80 – $135 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
