Essential Functions
- Monitor labor burn rates, funding status, and expenditure trends.
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and variance reports.
- Assist with contract modifications and funding requests.
- Maintain cost documentation and invoice logs.
- Support audits and respond to data-call requests.
- Coordinate with PM and Contracts Manager on budget forecasts.
- Maintain task-order administrative files and correspondence.
- Track deliverable due dates and reporting compliance.
Competencies
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong understanding of federal funding and contract structures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Five (5) years of financial analysis experience on DoD programs.
- Active Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA Level I or DAWIA Business Level II.

Compensation
• $75 – $130 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
