- Supervise customer accounts and process account queries efficiently
- Post and allocate receipts accurately and promptly
- Balance accounts monthly and maintain documentation to high standards
- Prepare analytical reports on outstanding debts and escalate issues as needed
- Evaluate and enforce credit control policies and procedures
- Collaborate with relevant departments and handle ad hoc duties
- 0-2 years’ experience in a service industry with a system-driven approach to credit control
- Bachelor’s degree required; relevant financial qualifications preferred
- Proficient in Excel; experience with Oracle system advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent phone manner
