- Enforce contract terms and ensure regulatory financial compliance.
- Reviews and tracks all change orders including budget and schedule impacts.
- Tracks project profitability by comparing actual and burdened costs against fee.
- Identify financial risks early and take corrective actions.
- High-level understanding of firm-wide staffing capacity and utilization across all studios.
- Build and maintain a rolling staffing forecast for active and upcoming projects across all studios.
- Collaborate with Director in assigning specific project team members based on skillset, project priority, availability, and fee.
- Monitors studio level utilization and investigates discrepancies.
- Develops and owns the master project schedule for all projects across the assigned studios and updates it weekly as milestones and deliverables shift.
- Reconciles the firm-wide fee structure directly against the schedules.
- Identifies and implements process and system improvements.
- Runs monthly reviews with studio leads and provides findings for executive, finance, and operational leadership.
- Coordinates with Design Directors on project deliverables and phase timing so the staffing plan reflects deliverables and timeline.
- Partners directly with the COO and EVP on contracts, resource management and staffing cost analysis.
- Resolves resourcing conflicts across studios to Leadership for prioritization.
- 6 to10 years in project accounting, project controls, or project management within an AEC, interior design, construction environment, or other relevant professional services, with at least 2 to 3 years owning both budget and schedule for a complex, multi-phase project.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Experience implementing project management systems.
- Experience building and maintaining budget, staffing plans, schedules, and contract evaluation across concurrent projects and a pipeline of upcoming projects.
- Strong financial and data analytical skills and has a track-record of building forecasting or reporting infrastructure.
- Ability to make decisions with Directors and studio leads, using historical data as a reference, not a driver.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
