We’re seeking an Assistant Manager to join a well-established and fast-paced quick-service restaurant (QSR) group. If you lead with a customer-first mindset and are ready to grow your career in restaurant operations, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role with early morning shifts (typically 5 or 6am to 1 or 2pm) and a 50–55 hour workweek. We're especially interested in candidates with QSR leadership experience, or those currently in crew roles looking to take the next step into management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient shift execution
- Assist in training and developing new team members
- Help implement local sales initiatives and drive overall performance
- Monitor labor and food costs, guest feedback, and operational standards
- Complete administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering
- Step in for the Store Manager as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a quick-service or fast-paced, customer-facing role
- Leadership or shift lead experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience at this brand is a plus but not required
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable with early mornings and active shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to stand and move for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
