General Sales Manager – D1 Training

What You’ll Do
You will own revenue, performance, and leadership inside the facility:
- Drive daily sales activity (calls, appointments, shows, closes)
- Sell high-ticket personal training & memberships
- Lead weekly performance reviews across:
- Lead generation & conversion
- Sales metrics & revenue
- Retention & client experience
- Execute strategies to improve profitability, efficiency, and growth
- Deliver a world-class experience to every client — from first-time athletes to professionals

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Front-of-house leadership & client experience
- Membership setup, POS transactions, and reporting (MindBody)
- Managing retail sales & inventory
- Supporting events and community engagement
- Maintaining accurate daily/weekly KPI and financial reporting
Qualifications
- 3 years of high-ticket sales management experience
- Fitness industry experience preferred
- Proven ability to close at a high level
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Associate degree (preferred)
Compensation
- Base Performance Bonuses
- OTE: $60,000 – $80,000
- Unlimited upside based on performance
