Responsibilities
- Operate vehicles of the fleet as assigned, including flatbeds and vans.
- Perform deliveries and back hauls (typically 1-2 stops per day).
- Stay on a predetermined route and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain driving and delivery logs.
- Report maintenance issues in accordance with Company procedure.
- Abide by proper safety guidelines.
- Follow traffic laws and regulations.
- Additional tasks as needed.
- A valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License is required.
- 2 years of incident-free commercial driving experience is preferred.
- Flatbed experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Required to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Required to complete Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.
- No more than 3 Motor Vehicle Record infractions within the last 3 years.
- Reliable; able to report to work on time daily.
- Able to work independently.
- Must be able to sit for long durations; twist, turn, bend, stand, climb, kneel, and walk as required to perform the duties associated with the driver role.
