Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm — Baraboo, WI
Named “2025 Best Places to Work: Law Firms”!

Position Overview

Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm is looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Business Development Specialist to help fuel strategic growth across our Wisconsin offices.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this is a highly visible, high-impact role focused on building meaningful referral relationships, strengthening our presence in the communities we serve, and driving measurable case growth. You’ll work closely with attorneys, intake, and marketing to ensure every business development effort directly supports firm-wide goals and real results.

This is not a sit-behind-the-desk marketing position. It’s a boots-on-the-ground, relationship-first, results-driven role. We’re looking for someone who thrives on connecting with people, spotting growth opportunities, turning conversations into partnerships, and tracking ROI with intention. If you love building momentum, creating win-win relationships, and seeing your efforts translate into real growth, you’ll fit right in.

  • Partner with marketing team members to ensure referral growth aligns with campaign strategy.

Market Research & Growth Insights
