Job description:
The Oscoda Lakeside Hotel in Oscoda, MI is seeking an experienced Front Desk Clerk to join our hospitality team and start immediately. We’re looking for someone friendly, dependable, and organized who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Check guests in and out using hotel management software
- Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and respond to inquiries
- Handle payments and process credit cards
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Keep the lobby and front desk area neat and organized
Requirements:
- Front desk or hospitality experience required
- Must be available to start immediately
- Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
Compensation:
- $14.00 per hour
- Full-time or part-time positions available
