Pay Rate: $$34,380-$41,920/per year. Pay will be determined based on related work experience above required. To be considered in determining pay, all related work experience must be listed on the application.

Required Documents Needed to Upload at Time of Application: Resume, transcripts and three professional references.

Reference check requirements: Three (3) professional references, two (2) of which should be former or current supervisors and (1) professional reference.

Personal references (friends, clergy, customers, relatives) are not considered acceptable references.

A professional reference such as a previous or current co-worker may be used as one of the references.

Position Summary: The overall purpose of this job is to assist in developing, administering and maintaining the Testing Center Program, which includes administering, reporting information regarding standardized tests, in-house tests, and high school equivalency exams. Responsibilities also include day-to-day support and/or management of the HV Testing Center and managing standardized testing programs, including Certiport, CLEP, HESI, HiSET, Kryterion, DSST, Correspondence Testing etc.

Essential Functions:
75% Testing Center Operation

Staff the Academic Testing Center/Office as required.
Monitor e-mail/phone and respond to testing requests/questions.
Process dynamic forms, email requests and printed test materials.
Administer in-house and standardized exams per written and verbal

instructions.

Follow all Testing Center policies/procedures for test administration.
File new and completed exams.
Assist instructors with test pick-up.
Prepare an Incident/Test Irregularities Report to document irregularities, testing discrepancies, or dishonesty and forward report and copies of pertinent materials to faculty and the Director.
Collaborate with faculty regarding test revisions, availability of tests, and guidelines and testing options for various tests.
Successfully complete requirements necessary to achieve certification to administer a number of standardized exams, such as Certiport, CLEP, DSST, HESI, HISET, and Kryterion.
Maintain an optimal testing environment that adheres to college, standardized and National College Testing (NCTA) standards.
Maintain security and accountability before, during, and after testing in compliance with established procedures.
Assist with the intercampus test transfer system.
Provide accommodations to examinees using assistive technology as provided by Disability Services. Assists with staff training.
Interviews, hires, trains, evaluates, and supervises student employees.

20% Test Program Management

Collaborate/communicate effectively with the Director and other testing staff regarding improving/changing testing operations, staffing, and updating of testing policies/procedures.
Update Quickstarts for testing programs.
Assist with managing correspondence testing and standardized testing programs (Certiport, CLEP, DSST, HESI, HiSET, Kryterion, etc.) as assigned, including establishing test dates.
Monitor the TracCloud Ssystem and ensure Ccheck Iin/Oout is as efficient as possible.
Report all IT/Computer problems to the Helpdesk and provide any assistance as required.

Job Requirements:
Associate’s degree and two years of related experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and 4 years’ experience in academic testing.
Certification training and testing must be completed prior to administering tests that require such certification (HiSET, CLEP, HESI, etc.).

Part-time work experience is calculated at 50% credit of full-time work experience.
