Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant reports to the Director of Contracts and Compliance and provides administrative support for Legal and Contracts team and other cross-functional teams throughout Pellera. This role also helps to coordinate with external parties such as Pellera’s customers, suppliers and other third parties as needed. This role will work onsite at our datacenter location in Lexington, KY.

Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant reports to the Director of Contracts and Compliance and provides administrative support for Legal and Contracts team and other cross-functional teams throughout Pellera. This role also helps to coordinate with external parties such as Pellera’s customers, suppliers and other third parties as needed. This role will work onsite at our datacenter location in Lexington, KY.
Essential Functions
- Will be responsible for processing mail, including scanning and distributing.
- Will serve as first point of contact for data center visitors, ensuring credentials are in order and that guests have proper authorization.
- Supporting SOC compliance obligations by facilitating security protocol for the Lexington Data Center.
- Participating in corporate projects that require additional administrative bandwidth as directed.
- Opportunity to facilitate security questionnaires by pulling documents to assist with completing the document (i.e., agreements, policies, compliance documentation, etc.).
- Assist the Legal Team with various research projects and tasks.
- Maintain updated list of corporate and subsidiary officers and directors.
- Assist with the review, drafting, and filing of state-specific registration and reporting regulatory filings;
- Perform research in applicable Contracts database (Sharepoint and/or Salesforce) - review contract language to identify specific key clauses (e.g., pay terms, non-solicitation, confidentiality, non-compete, liquidated damages, annual renewals) for litigation, compliance, and tracking purposes.
- Digitally file completed documents into the applicable Central Contracts Repository.
- Working knowledge of contract lifecycle processes, from initiation, review, renewal, change orders, addenda, amendments, and other associated documentation.
- Working knowledge of standard contract provisions.
