What You’ll Own
- Full staffing and performance of the NC Triad Replacement Sales team
- Field coaching and development of in-home sales professionals
- Driving key sales metrics including volume, close %, yield per opportunity, average order size, discount control, and customer satisfaction
- Managing showroom performance and lead conversion execution
- Ensuring proper opportunity flow, follow-up, and reporting accuracy (ACE / Pella Direct systems)
- Accounts receivable oversight and customer issue resolution
- Monthly and annual reporting, budget development, and market business planning
- Personal production performance when needed to maintain lead times
- 5 years of successful consumer direct sales experience
- 1 year of in-home sales management experience
- Window, door, or building products sales preferred
- Proven ability to coach sales process and drive measurable results
- Strong metric-driven leadership style
- Comfortable leading from the front and holding teams accountable
- Organized, systems-minded, and tech proficient
