Marketing Sales Support is responsible for providing exceptional customer experience while coordinating and optimizing retail representative’s calendars. A successful Marketing Sales Support candidate has the desire to learn and has a positive outlook to turn challenges into opportunities.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with answering Retail sale calls/leads that come to the showroom
- Assist with scheduling appointments from other outside departments/sources
- Vetting and removing invalid/bogus opportunities/appointments as they come in
- Coordinate and confirm customer is in contact with appropriate representative/department
- Confirm all opportunities/appointments 48 hours in advance by calling, texting and emailing and verify that all appointments are sellable opportunities with retail representatives and canvassers.
- Assist with customer communication efforts on different platforms as needed (event follow ups, salesforce leads, etc…)
- Good communication skills for direct customer contact
- Self-driven to accomplish tasks
- Proficiency in computer software to include Microsoft programs
- 1-2 years of proven experience in customer service
- Bachelor’s in business, communication, or related field preferred
- Construction knowledge/experience is a plus
