Requirements
- Proven experience in replacement windows and doors
- Own tools, equipment and reliable transportation
- Ability to establish rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Obtain valid insurance and certifications
- Handle all installation appointments and necessary paperwork
General Responsibilities
- Interface with our customer on a daily basis, sometimes in difficult circumstances; must meet these demands successfully and with the company’s mission in-mind delivering the Pella Customer experience
- Move and protect a customer’s personal property when installing or removing existing windows and doors
- Complete window and door installations in accordance with Company policies and procedures
- Perform quality rough framing, finish carpentry, interior trim, base, casing and crown molding work
- Initiate and maintain safe work practices
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
