Treasury Operations Specialist (FX/MMKT) – NYC Hybrid

Workstyle: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite in Manhattan

As a Treasury Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the center of this action — ensuring trades settle smoothly, positions are accurate, and our reporting is spot-on. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee Commercial Paper (CP) and Certificate of Deposit (CD) issuance and rollovers, including floating rate resets.
• Execute and reconcile FX trades (CLS and Non-CLS, including Spot, Forward, Swap, NDF), confirm with counterparties, and manage payments.
• Monitor and confirm money market trades with brokers and counterparties, tracking everything in Calypso.
• Report daily USD and Non-USD positions to internal teams and ensure systems are accurate.
• Generate daily operational reports, manage monthly brokerage fees, and produce Fee Reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support daily operations and maintain smooth workflow.

Who You Are:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of hands-on FX or treasury operations experience.
• You know CP/CD and CLS/Non-CLS settlement processes inside and out.
• Excel, Access, and Outlook aren’t just tools — you use them to get things done efficiently.
• You’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where every trade counts.
