Syndicated Loan Operations – NYC Hybrid

What you’ll be doing here
- Running the daily flow for syndicated and bilateral fund finance loans (plus some time deposits).
- Making sure bookings from the Fund Finance Group are clean in the Loan GL system, and payments are processed accurately.
- Keeping an eye on notices from agent banks and jumping in when communications need to be clarified.
- Owning daily USD and currency positions for the group — downloading, checking, and circulating BOD/EOD reports.
- Pulling together month-end and term-end reporting and making sure the numbers add up.
- Investigating when reconciliations don’t balance and fixing issues before they snowball.
- Cross-training on collateral management so you’ve got breadth beyond loan ops.
- Pitching in on audits, system upgrades, UAT, and the inevitable “special projects.”

What we’re looking for
- Someone with 2 years in loan operations experience with syndicated/bilateral loans.
- Comfortable with the details (loan docs, notices, reconciliations) but also curious to learn the bigger picture.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. SWIFT knowledge is a plus.
- A communicator who can keep agent banks, the Fund Finance Group, and internal stakeholders on the same page.
- Based in the NYC area and ready to come in a few days a week.
