Manufacturing Associate I

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Uses hand tools or machines to assemble parts
• Conducts quality control checks
• Cleans and maintains work area and equipment, including tools
• Other Duties as assigned

• Ability to work in a lean manufacturing environment with attention to continuous flow and detail. 
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing 
• Excellent work ethic and attendance
• Consistently follow all procedures – Including data logging and process flowcharts.
• High Quality – Quality is #1 and everyone is accountable for his or her work. 
• Must be humble, passionate about your job, and treat others with the greatest of respect

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing or sitting.
• Must wear required eye protection and PPE depending on duties.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
• Must possess the physical dexterity necessary to assemble small product parts.
