Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide excellent service to enhance their dining experience
- Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, give correct change, and balance cash drawers at shift end
- Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation standards, bussing tables, and ensuring food safety management practices are followed
- Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing friendly recommendations based on customer preference
Requirements
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability in cashiering, cash handling, and processing retail sales transactions with accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks smoothly during peak hours
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction balancing
- Experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or working in a café or grocery store setting is advantageous
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong communication abilities
Our shifts are 10:30-4 ,4:00-9:00 or 4:00-9:30 and we are open 7 days a week. Please do not call and apply in person.
