Pei Contractors is a fast growing company out of Bellingham, Ma looking for experienced Site Foreman to grow with us! Looking for a team player!
Foreman who are able to take Public road work & commercial earthwork projects from inception to completion. This is a full time, long term position.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
The foreman must be able to read blueprints, shoot grades, layout work, conduct toolbox safety meeting each morning, set up the work, and manage the equipment operators and laborers, accurately and productively.
You will manage the project timeline, communicate with subcontractors, keep them on schedule and oversee the quality of their work.
Keep a daily log of work performed, including uploading progress pictures to our online platform.
Self-starter, show initiative, be on-time and lead by example.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or related field.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Valid driver's license
- Occasional travel is required
