Staging Assistant (Full-Time)
Responsibilities
We are looking for a strong Team player to join our Team! The Staging Assistant supports the Lead Stager and assists with Stages, administrative duties and personal requests in the San Francisco Bay Area (including Marin, SF, Mid-Peninsula and East Bay). The hours of operation begin at 7:30am with the possibility of earlier morning, later evening and weekend work.
Job Functions and Expectations
Stages:
- Assist Stager with pre-stage activities (including pulling furniture, decor and operations activities) as well as on-site location activities (including placement of furniture in accordance with floorplan, placement of decor, make beds, cleaning, touch ups, hanging etc).
- Run various errands (pick up keys, return to staged properties for changeouts, moves, etc).
- Responsible for wrapping all accessories and assisting with loading and unloading lightweight furniture, home accessories, large artwork and storage bins from vehicles and trucks.
- Responsible for both stage and destage bins to ensure they are complete and ready for jobs.
- Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of every staging project.
Administrative:
- Create marketing plans including: monthly newsletters, daily instagram stories and instagram posts 3 days a week.
- Create/order marketing materials including: swag, promo materials, business cards and leave behinds.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including keeping decorations, bedding and art area clean and organized. Barcode furniture, decor, art, bedding, etc using our Inventory Management System.
Personal Assistant:
- Assist owners with personal requests which may include: running personal errands, childcare pick up, and communication / scheduling of personal itineraries.
Qualifications
- Current driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation.
- Maintain a positive attitude with a proven ability to succeed.
- Attention to detail and ability to focus on completion of projects.
- Professional communication skills, calm under pressure and adaptability to a daily changing environment.
- Excels in a professional, team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
- Take ownership of performance and how that contributes to the overall success of the company.
- Openness to be coached around skills that will ensure efficiencies throughout each department.
- Requires physical activity and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
