We’re looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Hot Tub Service Technician.
No prior experience is required — we will train the right person.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll work with hot tubs and outdoor equipment, including deliveries, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of hot tubs and related equipment, following detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Assist with deliveries and moving hot tubs and equipment
- Diagnose issues such as leaks, mechanical problems, or electrical faults with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform routine cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to ensure optimal hot tub performance
- Use hand tools and power tools to troubleshoot issues and carry out repairs efficiently
- Maintain detailed service records, documenting work performed and parts used for each job
- Support spa maintenance tasks as needed, including cleaning filters and checking water levels
- Follow safety guidelines diligently during all service activities to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate clearly with customers during service visits
Experience (Helpful but Not Required)
- Mechanical or hands-on experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right motivated individual.
- Mechanical knowledge or background in equipment repair is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience with hot tub maintenance or cleaning is beneficial but not essential—training will cover these areas thoroughly
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous; willingness to learn is most important
- Service technician experience in any field demonstrates reliability and a strong work ethic preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role
This is not an entry-level, stand-around position — we are looking for someone who is dependable, takes initiative, and is willing to learn and work hard.

Training & Advancement
All new hires begin with a 30-day training period to learn service procedures, product knowledge, and basic repairs.
