This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Sales Director located in Arlington, TX. The Community Sales Director will lead all sales initiatives, develop and execute effective sales strategies, and maintain positive relationships with prospective residents and their families. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, driving occupancy growth, conducting community tours, and collaborating with the management team to achieve business development goals. The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about enhancing the lives of senior residents.

- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations
- Strong skills in Customer Service and relationship management
- Experience in Team Management and providing effective leadership
- Demonstrated success in Business Development and growth strategies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet goals and drive occupancy in a senior living setting
- Previous experience in the senior living industry is a strong advantage
- Proficiency with CRM software is a plus
