Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant role located in Henrico, VA. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for supporting the leasing team by assisting prospective residents, managing lease agreements, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes promoting resident retention, performing lease administration duties, and fostering positive relationships with residents to enhance their living experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in lease management and lease administration
- Ability to build strong relationships with residents and focus on resident retention
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative tasks
- Previous property management or leasing experience preferred
