Required Qualifications
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

- Minimum 3 years of multifamily property management experience.
- Previous assistant manager experience required.
- Strong knowledge of collections, delinquency management, resident accounting, and lease administration.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Support the property manager with daily operations and financial performance.
- Manage resident accounts, delinquency, collections, and lease renewals.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting through Yardi and CRM.
- Assist with leasing activities, resident retention, and occupancy goals.
- Ensure timely resident communication and resolution of concerns.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
- Assist with month-end reporting, resident account reconciliation, and administrative responsibilities.
