We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer with proven leadership skills to manage a high-performing escrow team. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle escrow knowledge—from order entry through post-closing—and the ability to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee escrow staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Handle escrow transactions from start to finish, including order entry, title review, document preparation, funding, and post-closing.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies and procedures.
• Resolve complex escrow issues and act as the primary point of escalation for the team.
• Maintain strong client relationships with lenders, realtors, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor workflow and team productivity to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, implement efficiencies, and support business growth.
• Prepare reports, track performance metrics, and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of escrow experience with in-depth knowledge of the entire escrow process.
• Prior experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team management role.
• Strong understanding of real estate, title, and escrow regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with escrow software and related technology platforms.
