Escrow Analyst

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Set-up real estate tax details in the servicing module based on information from Master or Sub-servicer.

· Populate real estate tax payments as reported by Master or Sub-Servicers in servicing module for approval process.

· For non-escrowed loans, monitor real estate tax payments and notify Asset Manager of any delinquencies.

· Ensure adequate insurance coverage for all assigned loans is in place.

· Communicate insurance deficiencies and recommendations to Asset Managers.

· Post annual and monthly insurance premiums for escrowed loans and process with Master Servicers for payment.

· Order flood determinations and save in LPAMS.

· Manage and administer assigned cash managed loans. Process monthly waterfalls with Asset Managers and Master Servicers and/or individual funding requests to Borrowers or Receivers.

· Coordinate with Master Servicers, Borrowers and Asset Manager to implement cash management by opening DACA and CMA accounts.

Knowledge and Skills:

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize, multitask and maintain attention to detail.

· Familiarity with commercial loans and ability to interpret related legal documents.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

· College degree preferred but not required.

· One year of related work experience in a loan servicing or commercial real estate, or financial services.

· Work experience preferred, but not required
