- Set-up real estate tax details in the servicing module based on information from Master or Sub-servicer.
- Populate real estate tax payments as reported by Master or Sub-Servicers in servicing module for approval process.
- For non-escrowed loans, monitor real estate tax payments and notify Asset Manager of any delinquencies.
- Ensure adequate insurance coverage for all assigned loans is in place.
- Communicate insurance deficiencies and recommendations to Asset Managers.
- Post annual and monthly insurance premiums for escrowed loans and process with Master Servicers for payment.
- Order flood determinations and save in LPAMS.
- Manage and administer assigned cash managed loans. Process monthly waterfalls with Asset Managers and Master Servicers and/or individual funding requests to Borrowers or Receivers.
- Coordinate with Master Servicers, Borrowers and Asset Manager to implement cash management by opening DACA and CMA accounts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize, multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Familiarity with commercial loans and ability to interpret related legal documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- One year of related work experience in a loan servicing or commercial real estate, or financial services.
- Work experience preferred, but not required
