PEG Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager for our esteemed international client headquartered in Bradenton, Florida! This is an exciting direct hire opportunity to join a rapidly growing global brand in the health, fitness, and beauty industry that operates in more than 45 countries worldwide.

This is not your average social media role. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape global campaigns, collaborate with international teams, travel to exciting company events, and work directly with executive leadership to drive engagement and brand growth on a worldwide scale.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and execute a global social media strategy across multiple platforms
• Manage and mentor a team of four social media and content professionals
• Create engaging, trend-driven content strategies that increase reach and audience growth
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure brand consistency while keeping content locally relevant
• Oversee content calendars, publishing schedules, paid campaigns, and online community engagement
• Analyze performance metrics and present insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
• Attend company events and incentive trips to maximize social media visibility and engagement

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years of social media experience, ideally with a global consumer brand, creative agency, or digital marketing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Strong leadership and team management experience a must
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and evolving platform algorithms
• Proven success growing social audiences and creating viral or high-performing content
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Asana, and social analytics tools
• Strong content strategy, paid social advertising, and community management skills
• Bilingual skills are a plus!
• Open to international business travel (approximately 20–25%)
