We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Onboarding Specialist to manage the pre-employment and onboarding process for new hires across multiple programs.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all pre-employment onboarding activities
- Ensure completion of background checks, clearances, and required credentials
- Manage I-9 verification and employment documentation compliance
- Track onboarding progress and proactively follow up on outstanding items
- Schedule orientation and required trainings
- Partner with Recruiting, HR, and Program Leadership to ensure smooth start dates
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS and onboarding systems
Qualifications:
- 2 years of onboarding, HR, recruiting coordination, or healthcare administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volume
- Knowledge of employment documentation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Experience in behavioral health or healthcare preferred
