PeerSource is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Project Manager on a Direct Hire basis. This role is based out of Miami, FL.
Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior HR Project Manager to drive the execution of complex HR programs that span people, process, and technology. This position plays a critical role in leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation, aligning with enterprise goals and engaging stakeholders across multiple business units. This role will oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs within HR operations and serve as both project manager and business leader for enterprise-wide initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of enterprise-wide HR initiatives, overseeing all phases from design to full implementation.
- Manage complex program portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, measurable outcomes, and successful delivery.
- Define project scope, manage dependencies, and lead cross-functional teams through transformational change.
- Facilitate executive-level communications, including regular program status updates, risk assessments, and strategic guidance.
- Oversee program-level communications, reporting, timelines, and milestone tracking across all functions.
- Coordinate integration of related processes, technologies, and applications to drive optimization.
- Partner with HR, IT, and other business stakeholders to ensure program alignment and delivery success.
- Lead matrix teams that may include leaders, product owners, analysts, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Manage program budgets, capital allocation, and resource planning for assigned initiatives.
Required Skills
- 10 years of experience in project management and business analysis, with a strong focus on HR related initiatives.
- Proven experience leading complex portfolios across various HR functions such as HCM, Case Management, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, and Employee Engagement.
- Proficient in AGILE, PMP, Scrum, or similar methodologies.
- Strong track record in managing large-scale transformation initiatives across people, process, and technology.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and present to executive leadership.
- Skilled in managing ambiguity, strategic planning, and driving measurable business results.
- Experience with modern HR platforms such as SuccessFactors or Salesforce is preferred.
