Location: 2 MetroTech Center, Brooklyn, NY - Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

- Looking for a senior-level Project Manager to support the Public Safety & Emergency Management (PSEM) division.
- This role will lead complex, cross-functional technical projects with a focus on enterprise monitoring systems and operational coordination across engineering, business, and IT teams.
Responsibilities:

Lead project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication

Manage enterprise monitoring system design and implementation

Coordinate technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders

Oversee project documentation, reporting, and governance processes

Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies and standards

Support system validation, performance, and operational readiness

Manage project closeout and knowledge transfer
Mandatory Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
-
Minimum 8 years of experience in Public Safety / Emergency Services and Event Management

10 years managing medium to large-scale IT projects
-
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise monitoring tools, and operations (Service Desk, Datacenter, etc.)

Experience with routing protocols and data delivery techniques

Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong technical leadership in enterprise environments

PMP Certification
-
Experience managing third-party vendors
-
Background in large-scale emergency services environments
