Job Description:
- The MDM (Mobile device management) team at the end-client is seeking someone to support hardware and software on IOS & Android mobile devices.
- You will be responsible for managing, maintaining support, and troubleshooting all end clients ' mobile devices.
- This individual will deal with assigning and keeping track of mobile devices with SERVICE NOW and will also be using Workspace ONE to push and manage applications on mobile devices.
- The individual will also have to make sure all devices are in compliance with the correct policies and procedures before going out, as well as collaborate with service providers and the helpdesk.
Tasks and duties:
- Mobile device troubleshooting
- Mobile device replacements
- Application testing and installing
- Inventory tracking and quality control
- O/S updating and vulnerability device patching
- Assign permissions, access rights, and roles on Workspace ONE
- Assist users in setting up apps on IOS or Android devices enrolled on the MDM platform
- Show comprehensive technology experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Authenticator, Excel and other complementing skills.
- Provide Excellent Customer Support
- Install, upgrade, configure, test, maintain and support operating system software in a fast-paced environment
- Implements and maintains mobile device management solutions
- Take on projects with little supervision
- Troubleshooting tickets that have been escalated from help desk
