Job Description:
Part of Infrastructure Resilience Identity and Access Management team that is tasked with providing support for multiple highly critical projects for agencies that require uptime of 24x7, including 311.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
311 Cloud and on-prem Infrastructures support, ManageEngine BSP Engineering and Operations, Entra ID Support, IAM Tier 2/3 Support, 24X7 support to fill in gap and receive calls off hours.
TASKS:
- Active Directory Engineering and Administrator – 30%
- Entra AD Engineering and Administrator – 40 %
- MEBSE Engineering and Administrator – 20%
- IAM T2 Technical Support – 10%
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IAM solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with industry-leading technologies such as Active Directory, EntraID, LDAP, SAML, and OAUTH.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects that involve complex technical subjects and tasks.
- A deep understanding of RBAC methodologies, coupled with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
