- Assist the receiving team in initial quality control of inbound shipments upon arrival.
- Perform AQL tieredlevel quality control checks after initial QC has been completed.
- Perform routine QC checks on instock inventory.
- Execute QC checks on triggered items, including but not limited to barcode scanning issues, customer feedback, and product development concerns.
- Perform corrective tasks (i.e., relabeling) to ensure product is in sellable condition
- Use Excelbased QC reporting to log all issues, defective quantities, and QC time spent.
- Communicate QC findings, including Excelbased reports and Corrective Action Plans, to relevant stakeholders and manufacturers.
- Present or support the monthly QC Report during inventory meetings with the Senior Leadership Team.
- Serve as a point of contact to ensure all production samples are sent and approved prior to shipment leaving the factory
- Participate in weekly Supply Chain meetings to discuss current QC findings and issues.
- Work with Product Development (PD) to ensure one approved "Keep" sample of each style is maintained in QC as a quality standard.
- Work with the inventory team to ensure inventory adjustments related to QC are complete and accurate.
- Participate in lens cutting training and rotation to maintain proficiency and readiness for lab coverage.
- Serve as a backfill for lens cutting during planned lab staff absences (e.g., PTO), ensuring no disruption to operations.
- Coordinate with the lab operator and supervisor in advance of planned absences to ensure a smooth handoff and continuity of operations.
- Experience in quality control, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with data logging and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Light work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
