REQUIREMENTS
- Lead daily restaurant operations and oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house execution.
- Manage shift scheduling, staffing needs, and labor control to meet performance targets.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain service and quality standards.
- Ensure guest experiences are consistent by monitoring service, speed, and accuracy.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance with all health and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee inventory control, receiving, and ordering to minimize waste and control costs.
- Handle daily sales reporting accurately and on time.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and service teams to keep operations running smoothly.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate concerns when needed.
- Support hiring, interviews, and performance feedback to keep the team strong.
