Our General Manager is responsible for managing the entire building. Including the day-to-day operations including planning, scheduling, marketing and forecasting for a successful future. You are also responsible for quality service, meeting/exceeding financial and service goals, managing all employees, and impressing guests with quality and timely service and excellent food presentation.
The ideal candidate demonstrates commitment to these goals through work ethic, integrity, and respect for the company and employees.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years GM experience in a full-service management role
- Proven financial results from inventory and labor management
- Strong background in popular high-end spirits, craft beers and cocktail development
- Available during peak times and holidays
- Ability to handle the daily stress of a busy restaurant
