This unique cross-functional leadership role provides hands-on experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You'll work closely with our General Manager and Chef while developing a complete understanding of restaurant leadership and business operations.

Position Overview

Our Operations Manager is trained to manage both the kitchen and dining room operations (Hybrid Manager). This role typically works two to three shifts each week in both front-of-house and back-of-house management positions, supporting the General Manager and Chef while helping drive operational excellence throughout the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience
• Proven success managing labor, inventory, and restaurant financial performance
• Knowledge of beverage programs, craft beer, wine, and spirits preferred
• Available to work peak business periods, including weekends and holidays
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Passion for hospitality and continuous learning
