You'll be part of launching an exciting new product line, working in an exceptionally clean and modern manufacturing environment. This production-focused role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence—your precision and quality workmanship will be essential to our success.
Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor/Lead, you'll perform electro-mechanical assembly operations while meeting daily quality and production goals in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly operations on medical warming devices
- Follow job travelers, engineering drawings, and technical specifications with precision
- Execute and document quality control checkpoints throughout the assembly process
- Utilize hand tools, power drivers, torque tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and electrical testing equipment
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation in compliance with FDA manufacturing requirements
- Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and quality enhancement
- Proper retrieval and storage of materials and subassemblies to support production
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Ability to make computer entries of production quantities and quality checks
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment while meeting quality standards
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments
- Continuous improvement mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with FDA-regulated or ISO manufacturing environments
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and testing skills utilizing electrical testing tools
- Experience assembling appliance like equipment or similar products with electrical wiring and/or use of wire harnesses
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $25-32/hour based on experience and qualifications
