Job Description:
Ability to correctly and professionally utilize a multi-phone system and overhead paging system
Provide excellent customer service in all relations with customers, fellow employees, and vendors
Ability to work Saturdays
Ability to run consumer credit applications and approve or disapprove credit based upon application and history
Take payments from customers (cash, check and credit card) and post payments to customer accounts
Oversee cash drawer transactions when needed
Ability to tie out cash drawer balance
Maintain confidentiality of customer and employee information
Knowledge of all departments and services available
Exemplify professionalism through good attendance and positive attitude
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
· At least six months of administrative or receptionist experience
· Ability to work Saturdays and flexible hours throughout the week
· Good reading comprehension and writing skills
