Front Desk Coordinator-Clackamas

We have a great opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! We have 6 locations Clackamas, Happy Valley, Oregon City, Salem, Albany, and Gresham. This position will be located at our Clackamas location.

The position is full time in a fast-paced therapy clinic. We serve mainly children for PT, OT, and ST treatment but also see adults for PT.

Duties Include:

• Scheduling
• Waitlist management
• Phone triage
• General Therapist support
• Basic Inventory
• Basic housekeeping duties
• Copay collection

Those with the following qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with computers, including electronic medical records; ability to quickly learn new software.
• Minimum of 1-2 years healthcare administration or similar experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
