We are currently seeking a (Part-Time) Wellness Coordinator (Front Desk Associate) to join our team and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
About the Role
As a Wellness Coordinator, you’re the heartbeat of the clinic. You’ll be the first person patients see when they walk in and the friendly voice they hear on the phone. Your role is all about creating an outstanding experience—from warmly welcoming patients to clearly presenting our membership and package options, all while driving sales that promote long-term patient care. You'll take on a variety of responsibilities, combining top-tier customer service with a proactive sales mindset and strong organizational skills. Most importantly, you’ll play a key role in helping patients commit to their wellness journey while contributing to the growth and success of the clinic.
Front Desk Associate Responsibilities:

Greet all patients with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a warm and welcoming clinic environment focused on patient-centered care

Communicate the brand’s mission through patient orientation and clinic tours

Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic, our care options and services

Manage clinic’s patient flow in an organized manner to ensure maximum efficiency

Sell wellness plans and packages best suited for patients based off of doctor’s prescribed treatment plan

Assist patients with the completion of required forms

Drive to achieve clinic and company goals through execution of best practices and brand standards

Perform daily clinic operations including phone system management, transaction completion through POS software, patient account management, cleaning duties, inventory assessment, etc.

Participate in marketing opportunities to support positive clinic growth and attract new patients into our clinics

Contribute to a positive, healthy workplace culture that thrives on team dynamics

Complete and accommodate additional tasks as required by the needs of the company
Front Desk Associate Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience selling, preferably in a high paced retail environment

High school diploma or equivalent, Associates degree or higher preferred

Cheerful and positive attitude

Able to work evenings/weekends (as required)

Able to use office equipment; computer, tablet, scanner, and phone system

Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media platforms

Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace

Maintain a professional appearance and wear company approved attire

Confident in presenting and selling memberships and packages

Willingness to learn and grow

Office management or marketing experience is a plus!

Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time

Able to lift up to 20 pounds
