Pediatric Therapy Associates is a multidisciplinary private therapy practice that has been providing services to the greater Raleigh area for more than 30 years! We are hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to work Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 6:30pm. This is an immediate, full-time opening in our Wake Forest location. The Wake Forest office is located at 835-A Wake Forest Business Park, Wake Forest NC 27587.
Scheduling Department duties include (but aren't limited to):
Answer phones for all offices
Check-in and check-out all patients
Check voicemails daily
Collect copays/coinsurances
Schedule treatment visits for all offices
Work treatment waiting lists for all offices
Keep schedules full for all offices
Check mail/send mail for all offices
Order office supplies
Order lunches
